Shipping & Processing Times

All Moonbeam Magic Mail letters are created with care and printed in‑house to ensure keepsake‑quality results.

Processing time is 2–5 business days, depending on order volume and customisation.

Shipping times vary based on your location within Australia. Once your order has been posted, you’ll receive a confirmation email

Returns & Refunds

Because Moonbeam Magic Mail products are personalised and printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If there is an error on our end (printing issue, incorrect item, damage during production), please contact us within 7 days and we’ll happily replace or reprint your letter.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided printing has not begun.

Once your letter has been designed or printed, cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Australia Post delays are outside our control, but we will always help where we can.

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, reach out and we’ll assist with tracking or reprinting if needed.

Accuracy of Personalisation

Please double‑check all names, dates, and personalised details before submitting your order.

We print exactly what you provide, and we cannot offer refunds for errors supplied by the customer.

Privacy Policy

All personal information (names, addresses, and customisation details) is used solely to create and deliver your Moonbeam Magic Mail order.

We never share or sell your information.

Your data is stored securely and only used for order fulfilment and customer support
